My signature dish is derived from a recipe called Italian Braised Beef.  I found the recipe over twenty years ago in a Good Housekeeping Cookery Book called Best Dinner Parties.   It has since evolved over the years to become MY Beef in Red Wine or MY braised beef.  I have several variations, it’s a very versatile recipe.  It can be slow cooked in the oven or popped into the slow cooker to bubble away while you’re out for the day.  You can make it the easy way or the more time consuming way.  Whichever way it’s made you know you’re going to end up with a delicious Winter Warmer.  My Signature Dish Version 1 or My Signature Dish – Version 2
