2 x 70cl bottles of vodka plus one empty sterilised vodka type bottle or you could use a 2 litre kilner jar or demijohn
350g granulated sugar
Place one third of the raspberries and sugar into the empty bottle and top up with vodka from the other two bottles. Split the remaining sugar and raspberries between the other two bottles. Put the lids onto the bottles and shake well. Shake the bottles every day until the sugar has dissolved and store in a cool dry place for at least three months.
Make sure you use a funnel to empty the vodka and add the sugar to the bottles.
