The flapjacks will keep in an airtight container for up to five days.  Suitable for home freezing.

350g oats
100g dark or milk chocolate chips
100g raisins or dried cranberries
200ml agave syrup or honey

Preheat the oven to 200C/180 fan/gas 6.

Line a high sided 12 inch x 9 inch baking tray with greaseproof paper.

In a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients.  Add the agave syrup or honey and combine thoroughly.  Press the mixture into the lined baking tray and bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes until the top is golden brown.

Remove the tray from the oven and leave to cool before cutting to your desired size.
